Resource Management
As you gather resources (gold, NPC points, Spy points, etc) you will get to 'spend' them using this tool. During certain phases, the tool will be unavailable, we don't want players acquiring armaments after attacks are in so they can boost their armies, a good rule is that you can spend while waiting to submit your Phase 1 Planning Phase. If you are not sure, do not worry the tool will tell you when it is not available.
At first glance, it will seem very crowded, that is because there are a lot of things you can do and we wanted to make sure it fit in one screen. So let's break it down:
First section is basically a quick summary of all your available resources.
Summary
Character Improvement
Section 2 is where you can use stats XP to increase stats or skill XP to increase skills or learn a new one. Costs are to the right of the target attribute and each has its own increase button to use.
Gold Spending
Next section is where you can spend your gold. Simply enter an amount of what you want, select the resource you want to buy.
Crafting
Crafting system has been revamped and significantly more complex. You still spend gold and crafting points to create equipment but now you can also expend more to get a chance at a trait added to it.
NPCs
NPC followers can be acquired using NPC points. Select a target type of NPC and an amount of points to spend and you will get a result. Re-roll as many times as you like and when ready press save. You can also choose a skill which will guarantee you get it in the random rolls. For statistics, you can select which you want as the highest roll. There is a limited number of NPCs you can have based o your number of locations, if you have more than that number you will be unable to create new NPCs until you have the space.

Spying
Spy actions can give you an advantage as described in the list of actions. These are immediate benefits to you and sometimes it hurts your target. You can only use one operation against one target once (but can use multiple operation against same target).
Trading
Trades are now done automatically by using the tools under the RM tool. Trades still need approval from both parties, but will not require an admin to manually run it. Trade receipts are automatically posted in the new "Trades" thread under the OOC Game Concepts for easy review. Players with the Trader skill will get a bonus 5% per level of skill of resources traded. Should both parties of the trade have the skill, one will be chosen at random to receive the bonus, as only one player is able to receive it. Trades will be done at a 3:1 ratio, which can go either way. Example: Yu Yan trades Fei Lai 100 gold for 300 NPC points, or 300 gold for 100 NPC points. Trades for services such as item creation, location reinforcements, or battle aids will be done manually under the new "Service Trades" thread under the OOC Game Concepts.
