After Liu Bei's fall from power, remnants of his old troops and supporters have still maintained control in the South. Although they still respect Liu Bei, they have decided to remain a separate organization from him. For now, they plan to try to put down the rebellious warlords around them in an attempt to reinstall order into China. All they see from the constant war is the downfall of China. They currently control Dongwan, Jinan, and Guangping.
As of now, the Order of the Crimson Sunset has their eyes set on Beihai, hoping to grab the town before the Savages of the East grow too powerful. They are seeking active support and assistance in their quest.
Their leader resides in Dongping, preparing to make moves in the next couple of months.

Re: The Order of the Crimson Sunset
An old man rode on his horse through the streets of Jinan. He grumbled and mumbled to himself as he glanced around at the people around him. None of them seemed capable or worthy to help him on his mission, but he was going to have to start somewhere. These Crimson Sunset folk want to restore order? How will they do that with this rabble? The old man thought.
The man was Dong Shu Fen, a former officer in the Han Army. He usually fought the tribesmen in the north or bandits that had sprung up here or there. He was used to working with season warriors, not fresh recruits. It would certainly be a challenge for him. The regions of the North-East had been thrown into chaos, and into autonomy. They needed to be brought back into order, and under the influence of the Han. While the Emperor didn't seem to be doing anything, Shu Fen decided to take matters into his own hands. He had been retired for a time, but he still knew his way around a battlefield.
He stopped at a market stall and bought some food for the day and rode out of the village. There he let his horse roam nearby while he sat and ate, continuing to grumble in the sun as he tore into his meat bun.

Re: The Order of the Crimson Sunset
The sound a drum beating suddenly rang out through the village. A small troop of men marched through the village square, crimson banners hanging off their back. They appeared to be well armed and gave glares to the villagers close to them.
"Attention mercenaries, warlords and any other war parties! The Order of the Crimson Sunset is requesting support from any of you vultures willing to work for coin! Prove your usefulness, and you will be rewarded in plenty and plenty of gold.
In the upcoming months, the Order's eastern campaign will commence, and we shall crush the savages residing on that peninsula! In order to ensure a glorious victory we require the troops to crush the insolent Bang Beihai!"
After a couple more calls, the troop would stop at the center of the village and sit down for a bit. A couple of men here and there would come to the troop, but often would slink away dejected. It appeared the Order was searching for more influential figures.

Dong Shu Fen finished his lunch and rounded up his horse. As he was settling to ride forward to the next village, he heard drums begin to beat inside the village behind him. He rode back into Jinan and heard the call from troop of soldiers marching through. Gold? I don't need Gold.
The old man went to the square where the Crimson Sunset troop had stopped, watching villagers be turned down one after another. It seemed as though they shared the same thoughts as Shu Fen did about the villagers. Once again he got off his horse. He walked over to the troop and introduced himself.
"Hail those of the Crimson Sunset. My name is Dong Shu Fen, a retired Han general. I wish understand you wish to restore order to these parts. I offer my aid."

Re: The Order of the Crimson Sunset
One of the soldiers stared at Dong Shu Fen, eyeing him up and down.
"A retired Han general, eh? You might be a good fighter, but we're looking for stronger, more influential people. You don't seem to fit the bill. We have no reason to offer our help to you."
The man smirked as he said that, then continued.
"Although, if you really are a retired general, you have a chance to prove your worth to us. We plan to make a move on Bang Beihai in about Four months. Massive support and aid would be nice, and if you can provide it, you'll win our trust.
In addition, Bang Beihai is only a stepping stone. We plan to crush those savages once we move past Beihai, and we'll need as many mercenary companies as we can get.
I'll give it to you straight: If you can somehow kill 350 troops from Bang Beihai, we'll let you serve us. Or, alternatively, eliminating 300 of those savage troops will also win our favor. We're well equipped and well armed enough, but if you can get us more information on our enemies, we'll let you help us.
Or, if none of those seem appealing, bring at least 500 troops to our aid once we begin our assault on Bang Beihai. Do any of these things, and you'll win our trust.
Until then, get out of here old man."
(OOC: First person to kill 350 troops from Bang Beihai, kill 300 troops from the Savage clan, bring the Order 400 spy points, or bring at least 500 troops on the attack on Beihai on Turn 6 will win the support of the Order. )
