Based on the little extra knowlage I can pretend to have(not much at all!) I'll take a stab at it.
October 10 - yup,I'm gussing its on the day, I would have guessed over the mark but I dont think that can happen unless my memory sucks(/me notes being in IRC with to pregnant ladies means extra ifo....she thinks!),

Brown eyes, because its either brown or blue isnt it?
Fair hair, because in my experiance its either fair or dark and then the colour matures into something individual with age. Could be wrong though (/me slaps other family members babies if she is wrong!)
