I am in Eastern Standard time, right now I Turn / Phase change at 9am, I can do anytime between 9am and 3pm, post here your time zone and difference with EST and maybe we can find something that works for everyone or at least more people.

I'm in Central Standard Time, but doing things on Eastern time works fine for me.

Am in Pacific Standard Time, which is 3 hours behind EST. Any of those times EST work for me.

CST, 8am tc here. I think having to as close to the beginning gtime you can do stuff is best. TC problems, battles ran for early tactics submissions among other things. As far as the spy actions and TC timing in general. You aren't going to be able to make it convenient for everyone. Make it most convenient for you and go from there.

I live in the future, NZST (UTC+12), 16 hours ahead of EST. Between 9 AM to 3 PM would be 1 AM to 7 AM for me. It doesn't really make a difference, so I think this is another instance in which New Zealand can be ignored :P

I'm on ARIZONA time. So...pretty much MST, except we don't follow daylight savings, because it's dumb.
