Should the person spying be revealed if they fail their roll miserably? I was thinking anything above 90
I'll keep poll open 24 hours

Officially I vote yes, because I think that puts an extra feature to subterfuge actions.
Unofficially I vote no, because I keep failing my actions and eventually Krim will figure out that I've been--err, never mind.

A ten percent chance to be revealed is pretty high. I don't mind the general idea, but I think 10% is too high. I'd like to see it at 5% or less.

How about critical success (be that 10% or 5%) you don't spend your spy points? Or add a X% effect

How about 5% chance of critical failure with your attempt being revealed; 5% chance of critical success that would refund half the points spent on the action.

I like it. Still want something at 10% failure and success. Success is easy, smaller refund but failure? Maybe instead of your identity being revealed it would be that you give opponent some information by error, basically like 25 spy points or a % of their spy points in bonus?

OK going to implement this this week (5% reveal) AND change it so ops only execute on TC, will fix many issues I think
