As attacks become more and more coordinated, I'm open to having planning halls. I don't want a TON of them floating around so if you can make a case for 3 or more players often sharing plans, we can create them. You will need to identify the players in this thread and who is the leader.
This doesn't bound you to that leader and should the group separate, we'll simply remove the hall. If you are only two guys, please use PMs.
