Zhang Han had been humbled in Yong, his attitude changed at the doorstep of the King of Linjiang. Refusing to get fat on the generosity of Shen Feng, Han ruled the small town he was exiled to with an iron fist, allowing himself even a small army of volunteers to be formed in his name. His ambitions were quite sated and he kept the pretense up of his rank and name, yet the fire had slowly died down. Even now, within hours of battle he sat in his small command tent, not really interested except with the prospect of revenge.
He had been informed that many kings and supreme commanders were present, but he had been last to arrive so had not had time to attend any council. He was told upon arrival he would be relegated to a strong unit of spearmen in the forefront of battle but that the overall command had been given to the Supreme Commander of the King of Nanyang. Three kings and yet none led the men, times were indeed changing. Even only a few months ago, Han would of never accepted such an appointment...

He shrugged, just realizing he had not even asked to which famed commander he would be in theory reporting. Calling forth an attendant, he asked if it would be possible to have an audience with the Supreme Commander of Nanyang.

"So Zhang Han once more seeks a fools errand." Liu Bang said as he looked over the reports coming in from the east. He had known the Kings of the east would cause him trouble one day, but all hope was not lost. He summoned his finest commanders. The Duke of Yong, Han Xin. Supreme Commanders Guan Ying and Fan Kuai, as well as the quiet but capable Jin Sui. "You know the reports a great host marches against us. But we are not alone. We need only hold the enemy here and they will falter! Commander Guan you shall lead the front, and Fan Kuai shall join you as well." He looked to Han Xin, who had been a key factor in their first triumph over Zhang Han. "You my friend shall lead the support, and Jin Sui will aid you as best he can."

He looked at them all, "Send for my armor, this day I will join the field, and together let us drive back our foes!"

What I should of posted is the following. Wolfsheart (Liu Bang) has posted an army with a total of twelve officers. This is allowed due to provincial campaign rules. However, two of these officers are unable to do tactics. What I should of asked for last night was for these officers to be separated from the main force so it is known who is not submitting tactics.

In other words, say who is just defense bonus officers.
