For the village quest, if we equipped items in this PT, should we add them to our sign up, or leave it as is without equipped items?

Apply yes. To be in more than one depends on the staff member doing the quest I think, there's no set rule against it. In mine for example, I did not put any restriction.

I'm taking it as, we're all in......for now. It reads as there are 3 people in now, and basically they will decide who else gets in, up to 10 people. so let the sucking up begin.
