I turned on admin approval for registrations - and banned a lot of chinese telecom IPs. Will look for a better solution but for now that shouldn't be bothersome to anyone except admins - who may get lots of mail

Thanks ann . . . I think I filled the moderation action lists with pages upon pages of deletes . . . I may have accidentally deleted something from the V4 thread, but I'm not sure as I can't seem to find it anywhere in the moderation action list . . .
