The guards looked the man over quizzically. "Are you here to meet with someone sir?", they ask as they begin the search...

The guards, after taking any weapons found during the search, wait patiently while one of the interior gate guards went into the building to inform the Marquis, Colonel Zhao Khan, and the escort guard of the new arrival. A few minutes later, the escort returned, waiting to guide the guest into the hall.

Once properly identified, the guard showed him into the building, through several hallways, before arriving in the meeting offices of the Marquis himself, who was flanked by a few more guards, and the imposing Golden General, his personal bodyguard.

"Hello, i'm Liu Tzu of the Nanyang province, I currently hold Duy and 2 towns. I have become restless and now have a wish to join someone." he said.
"I'm tired of sitting in my town waiting. I am a man of potential and have the ability to realy help a kingdom."

Lak raised an eyebrow.

"Nanyang, that is far, let us take a moment to have some food and tea or wine. Please join me at this table. What brings you all the way north Master Liu?"

The Marquis waited, curious about his guest.

Liu did a quick bow.
"I'm here to join a force of the north. I have took a intrest up here. I realize i could substancially help someone if they allowed me to join them. You seem to have the greatest potential of all these rulers, so i have come to you."

"I am honored you would consider us, what of your possessions in Nanyang? Perhaps you could sell them to the man ruling there for some gold for yourself? I have no influence there so far south, though we would be gald to have you with us here."

Lak said this as food was brought in and he urged his guest to eat and drink.

"I plan to leave Duyu to itself, it has been my home for a long time, i don't want it to go into some war it doesn't want to be in. I will bring as many of my men as i can, and i am also brining all 3 of my officers who ahave decide to join me."
He took a sip of the wine and sighed.
