Kymvir said he played it. I tried to play it but couldn't get into it. It's made by those Bioware people, so normally you'd expect a very high quality game, but I don't know. The loading scenes were really heavy (which annoys me to no end) and I couldn't get into the story.

It's a nice game.

Unique world.

don't expect anything fantasically epic.

And yes, unbelievable loading times. consoles boo.

Loading times is bad. Big turn off.

Any real time fighting system RPG's that are somewhat older out there (older so they are cheaper) that would be worthy of any merit ?

I liked Secret of Evermore, but I might be the only one. Star Ocean: Till the End of Time is pretty sweet. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'real time fighting system', so here's my description of it's system: you run into enemies, go to a battle screen, and there you and the enemies all move at the same time. Similar to Kingdom Hearts, but you do battle on a special battle screen. And, um, Kingdom Hearts is good, too! :)

I got Star Ocean for $18 at an EBGames, used, if that gives you any idea. I didn't really think it was that old; I probably got a decent deal.

Edit: Secret of Evermore is a SNES game; the other two are PS2, just in case you didn't know.

I like Jade Empire - though I didn't finish. The boys really liked it. Load times didn't bother me - though if you accidently leave an area and have to go back it's annoying. I never get a turn at a game system anymore :(

Does anybody have a 360 yet?

My brother has a 360, but I haven't seen it yet. He said that Perfect Dark Zero is amazing, and so is the Call of Duty game for it (I know there's one that was released for XBox at the same time, but I forget which is which). But he said Madden '06 wasn't any better than the XBox version.

I dunno, I should make him take it home with him next time he does so I can look at it.

Perfect dark Zero... I wanna play... first one was so cool.

Anywho, for me, real time fighting means no turn-based combat. Pull the trigger, you swing a sword/shoot a gun. Not select attack, select target, end turn, watch youre person swing a sword/shoot a gun.

Oblivion looks good. Patrick Stewart is the narrator, I think. Or a main figurehead or something.

I can see it now...
[narration mode, Patrick Stewart accent]: "Space:The final frontier. Oh, wait, I mean, A long time ago in a galay far far...drat, I mean... every few generations evolution skips ahead and... Okay, one more try..."

:P
(I know Patrick Stewart never did star wars, but the puns on Star Trek and X-men I cant resist)
