Ok he's a bit bugga'd then for NPC officers, going to have rely on PC officers. But GO CAO XUN!

I'm sure he'll do fine. I just found the low charisma an interesting trait in a ruler. I was curious whether it was from lack of manners, poor etiquette training or just being a terrible person.
From what the player of Cao Xun has said, I am leaning towards the poor ettiquete and harsh manner, since he is a military officer.

What would that mean for the old man then?
The game has begun. Oooh... tingles.
Who do you figure has the most officers at the end of the first turn?

It better be mine, too, since I'm also on the WotD staff.

It seems like the opposite will be true for me. I have good ideas, but for some reason I can almost never get PC officers.
I suppose this has happened enough times to where I should learn to pull success from the abyss.

[joking]Maybe it's because you named your character after the leader of the Nationalists during the Chinese Civil War...[/joking]

Congratulations, you are the first person to have successfully pointed that out.
I thought it would be a fun idea, and I partly wanted to see what people would think. Not for any particular reason at all, I just decided to have fun with it.
And hey, some people might actually like that.
