ICP is funny I wouldn't mind going to one of their concerts just to get sprayed with Faygo. I had some friends who took them seriously in high school, but I think it's more fun when you just accept them for what they are. I still want to see ICP and Eminem get into a fight.

ICP is a horrible horrible duo, wich should never be given the title of band, ever. They are a horrible influence on children, telling them to go home and smoke weed.......ICP is a grotesque immoral pair of white trash idiots who somehow managed to gain some fame. Slipknot is NOTHING like them. If you wanna compare Slipknot to something, they are the modern day evolution of Kiss or Alice Cooper. ICp........ick......just horrible, just plain old horrible.

Chevelle is a great band that is extremely underated Meat Wad Guy.

I dont really like ICP because they are basically rap, I dont like rap. And thanks maggot.

And then Slipknot is nothing like Kiss, with the exception of Slipknot's crazy outfits. Kiss is glam rock and Slipknot is metal, two very different types of music.

Of course Kiss made music. The best music I've ever heard.

Back in Kiss's day there was no metal.....I think, could be horribly wrong on that one. Essentially Kiss started the newer genres of rock. Metal being one of those. They didnt do this alone of course, but they helped. Slipknot is an EVOLUTION of Kiss, not Kiss. If you compared the two, there isnt much there in the way of similarities besides, as you said, the "crazy" outfits. But if you follow the line of music that Kiss spawned off, it comes all the way to Slipknot, hence the term I used was "Evolution" Not "Similar".

David Bowie has been refered to as the creator of Goth. Most of the original Goth, and don't confuse goth with those guys who pierce themselves and wear all black, yes thats a form of goth, and most goth music now is thought to be heavy metal, anyway back on track. Sisters of Mercy is a great example of original Goth, they took alot of influence from David Bowie.

YOu said what I said but about different bands....I like you ! Yeah, Mr. Bowie has been known for starting alot of Goth genres. He put together some decent music himself back in the day. I was never too big of a fan, but he had some talent, cant deny it.
