[Suicide Fox]

Like De Man, the crowd is intrigued by this challenge. Some of the men are shocked, some whistle. A lot of the men have been waiting to see Jia Fei get her ass kicked, but a good handful just know a good show when they see one. For the most part, De Man looks unphased. At least, on the outside.

She may be a supreme commander, but the art of a one on one duel is a completely different affairs. Sure, Jia Fei is no chump, but De Man has everything to lose when it comes to his reputation against a person such a Jia Fei. He cannot hold back. Since his weapon is stuck in the ground, he is already unarmed. Sweaty, glistening, and full of pride and a mischievous smile, De Man accepts.

However, this invitation does not come in the form of words. His first action is an all out charge in Jia Fei's direction, leaping left and right as he approaches less that five meters from her, juking to confuse her bodies natural rhythm. It wouldn't be right to aim to hit a girl square in the jaw, so instead De Man opts for a leg sweep led heavily by his right shin.

Fei is not worried about winning this battle. She has the advantage of rest, but he in experience and calmness. Everything might be on the line for him, but nothing is for her. He charges her, she accepts grateful for it. Her left hand is forward right now, right tensed back and ready. For a moment it almost looked like he wanted to punch her but decided against it. That pisses her off. She jumps as his leg comes for her and catches his head between her ankles. The force of swinging her body and legs forward will send him in that direction as well, except he's going face first and she is simply going to be on her hands and feet when she comes to a stop.

"Don't toy with me just because I'm a woman. I will punch you in the face and I expect you to do the same." Back to him, she crouches and makes no move to turn around completely. "That is your last warning." From there, whatever happens is his next move because she is waiting.

Sent off balance by the power and fury of the woman's ankles and thighs (and trust me, it would not be the first time De Man had experienced thus) -- De Man is sent flying five yards away from Jia Fei as he recovers sloppily after bouncing from the dirt on his bare chest and having springed himself erect on his hands. He wipes his lip, curled in a smile at the confrontation.

"Very well, but never turn your back on a real man!"

Lunging forward again, De Man appears to engage in another foolhardy assault that can easily be encountered by its forwardness. However, there is a distinct difference in this charge. Like his first attack, he leaps to the left and right, making his moves exact and predictable. However, there is an extreme difference in this attack. Having grabbed a handful of dirt in result to Jia Fei's throw, just upon coming in contact with Fei, De Man propels to the dust to obscure her vision.

A left fist, his dominant hand, is launched forward in the full intent to connect with that perfectly symmetrical face of hers.

Well, there went any sort of possible fair fight they might've had. Her arms went up in a X block when the dust got in her eyes and she couldn't react well past that, but he can easily catch her with the brunt of his attack if he uses a hook punch instead of a direct one. No doubt, he does, sending her flying backwards to bounce along the ground to a stop. Her men had to get out of the way before she struck them.

Getting back up again and rubbing her eyes clear with her arm, Fei blinks a few times at him then grins. Blood dribbles down from the corner of those perfect lips on the right side. "Better." She comments. All her men are laughing and cheering them. Their reasons differ considerably, but in the end this is great. This time, she initiates the charge, but comes in on a straight path. Fei is ambidextrous, completely able to switch from right or left handed fighting styles at will. So when she comes close enough to be a danger, she shifts hard to her left, which is his right, and hooks him hard with her left hand. Whether he can counter, block, or dodges is up to him, but she's hoping coming up on his less dominant hand will give her an opinion she can use.

Up close and personal like this it could be anyone's game. De Man is a trained warrior meant to fight on horse back, not hand to hand. Though he is a man of immense strength due to his background as a smith, this is no way means he gets the best of the engagement against Jia Fei.

He weaves, ducks and dodges her assault, taking some and dishing out his own blows in return. Up close like this, it's hard to tell who's winning. Jia Fei has a clear speed advantage over De Man, yet his raw strength and reaction time to the attacks seems to aid in him defending well.

He's the first one to initiate a grapple. Ducking a punch from one of her hands, De Man dips under her arm pit and latches onto her, his left and right hand are now clasped under her arm and squeezing her neck. To top it off, he sweeps the leg to bring both of them tumbling on the floor.

Though at first a scuffle ensues, it is De Man who is able to gain a dominant position, forcing himself on top of her while parting her thighs. He's pinned her in such a way where his right knee is buried in between her legs, while his left thigh rests outside her bodies jurisdiction to allow him a bit of leverage against her.

While he might have gotten on top of her, he's about to discover why his position was not the smartest of them all. Yes, he managed to pin both of her wrists down beside her head. Yes, he does appear to have the upper hand. That is...until she knocks her right leg out hard to pry his left leg to the side and darts it up. He played dirty, now she is. Except this time he is no doubt going to be seeing stars. A lot of them men shift uncomfortably after that one.

With nerves of steel, nay, balls of steel, De Man is able to suck up the blow by not giving up his position. Though the attack is indeed very painful, he uses her shift in momentum to slip his right leg out from her thighs and fully mount her. Now controlling her wrists and resting all of his weight to minimize any movement of her hips, De Man has her right where he wants her . . .that is, after taking the needed moments to recover. He'll let her struggle, sure, but for now he's won. A few quick and violent thrusts that send shockwaves from her body to the ground signify the dominance that he's established, and only after locking eyes with her and waiting for her to relent (if she does) will De Man loosen and allow himself to be rolled over.

Agon:

"I fight with both now." Fei says calmly in regard to her swords. After all, Mei is right. If she didn't the look would not matter at all. The comment about her soldiers being injured is completely and utterly ignored. As for the next comment, that is completely unacceptable.

"I'm afraid, Mei, you will have to leave this city until you decide to present yourself as symmetrical. You could simply rearrange the bandages, but somehow I doubt you have the talent needed for such a delicate procedure. Law is law, foreigners are not excluded even if you disagree with it. It is not as if we are asking you to chop off your arm." The woman grins a little eerily at that, finding it fun to tease the outspoken girl with her own objections. Challenging her by putting down her ability will either tick her off mindlessly, or make her do it just to prove she can. It probably will be the former, but after so many blunt words Fei thought it might be fun to take the bait and offer a few of her own.

Despite the proclamation, the nearby guards haven't quite made a move to remove Mei and are waiting for her answer. If she does resist, she will no doubt be escorted straight out without another word. Symmetry is the number 1 law and taken as seriously, if not even more so, than killing a neighbor. It is incredibly offensive to be asymmetrical.

Mei: no chances that ill leave the city. And as for the bandages...your right, i dont have the talent for that. Im sorry that i dont have the talent for pure waste of time, as for the choping the arm off...

Lizhi let out a small caught to interupt her friend, she knew her friend too well. She knew chances that what ever she was about to say, chances that it would remotly be a nice thing was inexistent.

Lizhi: she means that she cant leave withough me, she's far to protective of me to allow that.

She then turn her atention to Mei a bit, she had to find a way to make her atless agree to stay outside and not go meet the lord. She could only hope that what she was about to say wouldnt offend the lady general.

Lizhi: Mei, imagine...if a general can be like this one about these laws you hate...imagine the one who actualy made it?

Mei: easy hes an...

Lizhi: precicely my point...

She interupted her again.

Lizhi: now wich is safer? you comming in with me and Ling, and likely anger the lord to posibly the point where it turns to hostility? Or you standing just outside

Mei simply sighted, giving up, she never could argue with lizhi, wich was likely quite a suprise to many, how such a small girl could "control" some one like Mei. She then return her atention to Fei.

Lizhi: would that be an acceptable compromise lady Fei?

It irked Fei quite a bit, however, for the sake of possible relations with this small town she will eventually nod in agreement. Word will get back to Kai about it, but hopefully he will forgive her since she managed to keep the girl out of his sight. Jerking a finger at some guards, two approach in perfect unison.

"Stay with Mei. Make sure the other guards understand I have granted her permission to stay as is in the city for the duration of their stay here. As for you, Lady Zhu, you will have my word that you are all safe in our city as well. I will see to it you are protected as one of our own." The woman smiles, putting both palms together before bowing respectfully.

Ling: its just so other dont bug you about your...fasion sence....

Mei murmured somthing to herself, clearly not liking the idee but still prefered that over having every guards trying to dress her up acording to there "law"

Both other girl return the bow.

Lizhi: im gratefull you are willing to accept this compromise, im aware its against your law...

She stop and looked at her friend hoping she wouldnt have to stop her again from saying somthing, but it seemed it wouldnt be needed.

Lizhi: and as such, ill take full blame for it.
