And so the victims from the raided cities in the south, along with Chenliu, are avenged by Xiang Yu. With Shen Feng having a vested interest in both places, this is a good thing!

And Xiang Yu is unscratched? That's going to be bad news for Ma Dieu's army. Lower morale is going to affect his supply-hitting strategy in the later rounds, if it gets that far.

Yep, epic duel. Nice gamble, the -5 to Ma Dieu gets back after round 1 because I doubt the damage Xiang Yu can do at 52% supply, but his extra morale definitely helps with his escorts.
Still, Ma Dieu has to be unlucky in the sense all of his supply tactics are above 60%. The most important thing to note here, no Intercept from Belial's PC
