Didnt you forget to include the 4 extra officers Xiang Yu gets for being on the defensive? +1 for every city he is defending against a prov.campaign??

But I suppose those may have been left free for Hin Wu to fill, adding a solid 24k troops to that supply layer.

No they are at the bottom, but I think there is too many officer in the linup 8melee and 3 support (it's not the final post, but I am pointing that out...)
