Well it's not like Liu Bang has to accept it, plus if he's getting the cities, why wouldn't it be his troops. Remains to be seen I guess

I know I did the same thing when I was combining forces for the Linjiang attack, making sure the highest trained troops were the actual participants, but the difference was that they were actually my troops ahead of Baocen Peng's being sed. It could be taken the wrong way when you're volunteering someone else's troops to be slaughtered wholesale!

Also, fun fact: though everyone in the game says Ma Su is a failure in combat, he has never lost a battle he or his forces actually fought in. He just ran before the loss could occur, both against ridiculous odds.

Yes, and Ma Su has also never actually fought a force on his own... not including free cities. Ma Dieu and Hin Wu are allies, Yin is not a concern, leaving only Qi and Chu. Being the pragmatic guy he is, why would he take on giant forces in one on one combat? That or he's coward.
