Lu Ying's Audience Hall - Yanyu

A younger man (OOC: than Danny

) come to the gate of Yanyu.
He then says "May I meet and speak to your ruler Lu Ying? She has told me to pay a visit and looks around" to the Guard.

The guard captain on duty stepped forward and bowed to the guest before him before her spoke up.

"Very well, if you would follow me"

With those words the guards turned about and assuming the visitor followed the guards lead him through the winding corridors of the palace to the main hall. Throwing the doors open they entered the room and the guards dropped to their knee's and the guard captain announced the visitor to the new governor of Yanyu.
Lu Ying looked down at the men from her dias and smiled.

"So, Lu Xian, you have come to my summons. I have a position in the civil service for you, if you will take it?"

Lu Xian smiled back and say "Sure my lady, i'll serve my best for you"

In autumn, late in a September afternoon, a young woman wearing a cloak approached the gates of the Yanyu hall where Lu Ying had made her government. She stopped in front of the guards, looking at them for a moment before putting a fist on her hip and looking one in the eye.

"I'm here to speak to Lady Lu, the ruler."

Lu Ying looked down at the women from her dias and smiled.

"So, who are you and what is you wish from me?"

Kuai walks to the audience hall of Lu Ying alone and unarmed - a sign of goodwill. Wei casually strolls over to the guard and announces, "I am Kuai Wei. I hold in my hand an invitation from lady Lu Ying herself. I submit to any and all searches you require." Kuai hands over the letter for inspection, if necessary.

Yuan Min nodded to the guard then followed him, looking left and right to see the spartan decoration of the audience hall while they guided her to the ruler. One they got there, Wian Min dropped to a knee as well as the guards, looking up a Lu Ying.

"Well, I was, unfortunately, given the honor of being the wife to the village chief of Xindu." The word 'honor' was filled with bile, digust for the man who had used to be her husband. "But, now," she continued, smiling. "There's no need for me to be there any more. So, I came here. I promise you that I can do more then what Long Long ws using me for."

The man is disarmed, but not searched before he is lead through the winding halls of the palace at Yanyu. Eventually the two guards escorting the man came to a double door, throwing it open they walked inside.

The room itsself contained more guards, and Lu ying on her dais, dressed in her tigerskin furs and fish scale lamellar armour. From her seat she looked down at the man and smiled.

"Kuai Wei, I'm afraid I have an ulterior motive to bringing you here. Can you guess?"

"Excuse me...?" Kuai asks, then mumbled under his breath, "Why does everyone have to involve me in one thing or another?" Kuai stepped forward, closing his eyes and using his thumb and index fingers from his right hand to rub his forhead as if soothing the stress away. "May I ask if the king of Zhao is involved in this, my lady? I'd thought I left his audience hall on good terms... In fact, he specifically requested that you and I make arrangements to discuss proper coordination in order to avoid bloodshed, but it seems you've invited me for...otherwise..." Kuai's gut feeling told him something was very wrong, but there was nothing he could do about it, nor would he attempt to run like a coward.
