From the rules...

A character’s hit points are determined by his or her Might statistic at the outset of the duel. A character's fighting ability is determined by their Might and Judgement statistics, with might making up 75% of the equation, and Judgement the other 25%.

...accuracy doesn't vary much; it's basically what it says in the rules for each weapon type (with possibilities to raise it a bit with the right weapon and right dueling style matched). Judgment doesn't affect accuracy, but it is in the damage formula as a small, but still fairly important factor.
