Notes: Since Lu Ban wasn't on a horse, I moved to your alternate option, Liu Kang, in case you were curious why Hamstring Horse was never attempted. Also, for Lu Ban, the only tactic in dueling that has a usage limitation is Intimidate, and that's only in that it can succeed only once. Also, note that for the non-attack tactics you get a normal attack in the same round, in case that wasn't clear.
