But having those troops PC troops allows you to commit your conscripted troops to places they might not have been otherwise. That anyone is capable of getting 4500+ free, trained, armored troops this early is unbalancing.
My PCs held onto their personal armies. Just so you know.
I'm not complaining, it's in the rules, its fair game. Frankly, I'm surprised you didn't take the other city in the province, it's much more valuable then my little town that produces 600 troops a turn.
