Ok I am lost why does BD let Wu move true is territory?? Unless he goes from Kern land, Spork land then BD land to reinforce Liu Bang I am certain that spork and Kern will not agree on that if it's possible to do....

I think Wu was asking Shen Feng permission, I will be surprise if he accept considering his history with Liu Bang... Shen Feng is IC Aronh you should know better

The thing was I was allied with Qi and BD, and hoping that Spork would agree as it would hurt you Mardagg. As long as I am only passing through allied land I can reinforce anywhere on the map.
