So I got a PT event 3 or so PTs back about getting a free skill upgrade http://simwarlords.net/forum/viewtopic. ... 19#p174919 (third one down) but I did not actually post in the PTs that I was learning it. I did do all 3 PTs, can I get my skill upgrade anyway, it has to be Sortie II, as it is my only level I skill.
