Sooo... How long shall we wait for the Prime Minister to post an introduction in Chu before the thread is opened up? If we delay too long the endgame may be upon us and the exercise rendered kinda pointless.

Non-sense, PCs are a hot commodity, even with late sign-ups, you should see what Belial got without having played a single PT. Sure, might be hard to be a CiC, but you could be a useful general or civil officer!
