We're going into endgame mode already? What the hell, man? There's still waaaaay too much game to be played! I can understand making it 6-12 game turns from now, but 3? That's just asinine.

I'm sorry, but I can't take part in this. If Warlords is going to end so prematurely, I'm going to have to call it off on my end. I understand that the NBA postseason is coming up, but c'mon man. If you don't have the time to run a game, then why make one in the first place?

That seems a bit dramatic and way too personal, but of course you are entitled to do whatever you want. You don't have a bird eye view of the overall activity, we do. Would you prefer to let the game lull into inactivity like in V3 or actually have a conclusion? Aside from V3, this is the natural evolution of the game, an end game process where the kingdoms duke it out or at least what is left of them. These type of games should have a set number of turns anyway as interest wanes. It's not like this end game process is going to take 1 week either, there's actually a lot of gaming left to do to unite China, it's just in a different blitz mode.

I wish we could still have PT's, though. its always more fun if we can continue developing while wreaking havoc on everyone. Plus, most of us have goals that will never be realized because we can no longer develop our characters.
There are still people here, and with the smaller number of PTs, I think it shouldn't be too hard for the staff to run and roll them. But of course, as Phai said, we players don't have the bird's eye view on things. We can only hope thatMa Dieu wins this version this version ends gracefully!

Personally, I think PTs should still be done. If nothing else, I could run every single one.
Then again, I seem to have very different views than the rest of the staff on this end game mode to begin with. As most staff will tell you, I have been an opponent of it.
