While working on the KT, I realised Hao De Lun
(moongrazer) is missing Civil Admin II in the OM.

The extra three is from my background spear item. And my "Base Stats" under the "Stats" part is 77.

So you've not equipped the spear yet? I just want to understand why you want a lower Might than you report.
