Also My Personal Army Morale is set at 10, These troops were recruited from governing a town, so I am unsure if the morale is supposed to 10, 30, or 50.

If nobody picks up the RP anytime i'll do it. I'd just like to note my time fluctuates everywhere, all the time. Which is why i'd rather another staff take it. No need to make you wait days with the turns so fast.
