KW isn't irrelevant?!? And don't hurt his feelings, Phailak! We can still be friends, Gabe/TGC-guy!
On another note, it's also nice to see the monkey thing write such a touching love letter to Warlords. /cry

Who are you, by the way? Your name rings a bell, but I can't remember, it's been quite a while.Kuai Wei wrote:KW isn't irrelevant?!? And don't hurt his feelings, Phailak! We can still be friends, Gabe/TGC-guy!

Re: OOC Thread V4 (prequel)
Unfortunately I am in the dark about the V4 formula's development as is CC and others. I have not heard word from Kymvir or Ann in some time.
GMNPC's
Fan Zeng, Prime Minister of Chu
Player Character
Gu Hama of Ba
Liu Bang then asked Han Xin, who had served under Xiang Yu but was driven out, "what is Xiang Yu's weakness? Is there a way to defeat him?" Han Xin calmly replied, "No, Xiang Yu himself is invincible, he is destined to be king."

I am who I am? You'll likely see the name in mIRC. Though you'd have to raid a number of channels to find me. #Warlords, #Shugo, Jia's room, oro's room, etc.TGC wrote:Who are you, by the way? Aside from IRC i'd suspect you know me by old sims and here, at least the name. Or maybe you just think you know me because you picture me as a sexy person and you want to talk to me? I know how guys do that, i'm one after all!
Lurking: That sucks, alot. Was there any thought to running a smaller level of the current version?

Re: OOC Thread V4 (prequel)
I don't know much, I was PM'ing Kymvir back and forth for a while because of the work on the KT tool and other small tools for staff.
It's almost all done but I haven't heard from him in over a month so I guess you could say work is on hold. I'm assuming he wanted to see if it was possible to build a toolset to accomodate you guys before making a decision on how to proceed with revamping the rules and such.

Huh-wha.
Well, Kuai Wei sacked the town of Anju in the first turn of Warlords, thus becoming a scapegoat for others to utilize in order to murder me and take my possessions.
Fortunately, KW is a smooth-talker that got to keep his villages and town without being executed upon entering the audience hall of someone who'd agreed to murder me in exchange for the service of an officer, at the small catch of taking up a false identity and promising loyalty to said ruler.
Then, I went and got friendly with the enemy of said ruler and promised loyalty to him, so I got wrapped up in this giant triangle of betrayal and deciet whereas I was to side with one of the victorious rulers who would eventually win over Jibei as a whole. A triple agent or something.
Of course, that's where KW's story ended. I went inactive... or something.
I was a small-time thug/serial killer that affiliated myself with big-time rulers and used superficial charm to keep his head. You probably heard of me because I was constantly changing sides, playing the right cards and cheating everyone's hand.

Re: OOC Thread V4 (prequel)
I am alive just back in school preparing to go back to work in a year or so! So is Kymvir though he's never home from work before eight. Here's a new year's resolution - I'm going to start going through all the v4 stuff starting first thing tomorrow (no worries no hangovers) and figure out how to proceed asap. Sorry about that people - my schedule becomes busier every year but I'm determined to carve out more time for fun. As a warning: Sunday is the re-scheduled (the first canceled in the big blizzard) Birthday Party for Rhys who turned 7 on Christmas Eve. A housefull of kids in Jedi uniforms (already made so that's ok) and Anna in a Princess Leia dress with lightsabers and blaster pistols! Woo! So ... while I'm making this my one and only resolution I might seem to fall off right away on Sunday but I'm really not! Honest!
