"As you are passing by Wei, would you like to visit my lord? King Liu Jin is looking for any talented individual to help him unite peace and stability over the Northwestern land. He is a competent ruler and governor who never care less about the land and its people. If you would like to pay him a visit, I could lead you to his place."
He eyed Huan Sheng as to ask for his approval to lead the visitor to Liu Jin's place.
Wu Weilong smiled to the visitor.

A somewhat large procession approached the audience hall of King Liu Jin bearing the flags of an envoy of Changshan. The aged Sima Fe and his escort of fifty soldiers stopped before the gates.
"I am Sima Fe, here to speak with His Highness, the King of Wei, on behalf of my master, Lord Prefect Jin of Changshan."

Jing Yun pondered awhile and began to laugh a little. "My friend, look at me. I don't think my appearance would please your king." Jing Yun raises both arms to indicate the tatters of his clothes and his unkempt hair.

The city guards halted the progression outside the city gates. The sergeant on duty recognised a diplomatic envoy when he saw one and sent a runner scurrying to alert the audience hall of the incoming visitor. The duty officer hurried down from the battlements overseeing the city gates and greeted the envoy.
"Dear Envoy,
I am Lt Huang, duty officer of the North gate of Shangdang. I will have to request that you leave your men outside the city walls. We have a comfortable guest house to accomodate them and refreshments will be provided. I will also request that you leave any weapons behind. This troop here will guide you to the Audience Hall and be in charge of your personal safety within the city throughout this visit.
Please show your diplomatic seal to the clerical officer on duty at the Audience Hall, to verify your identity as a diplomat from your said kingdom."
The Lieutenant gestured to a squad of 10 soldiers led by another lieutenant. The squad stood at attention, ready for any inspection that the envoy of Changshan may wish to conduct.
Assuming you have no objections to the above arrangements, 2 men of the squad were sent a short distance ahead of the party to ensure clear passage to the Audience Hall. The rest of guard of honour fell in place around Sima Fe and marched in step with him to the Audience Hall.
OOC: If I happend to be absent, Yuan Shu may be the one following thru with this audience. I apologise in advance for being away.

Perhaps you can let me know your speciality and any requests you may have from us, to have you pledge your sword to our cause. Please do speak freely."
