Located in the province of Chu, the Turf Club has sprung its roots. There is a shop front where Po Huai works from. In the rear, is a larger training ground for the horses to breed, eat, run and do what horses do.

Some show horses can be seen milling around the shop front hence a sign board with bright colour clearly states "Please watch your step. The owner is not responsible for what you step on." The smell of horses and their related waste products and be felt quite distintively.

Within the shop, Po Huai clearly states what sort of horses are available for training, their prices and the time needed.

In a smaller corner of the shop, there is a small counter on trinkets such as Jewelry, robes and headware. Po Huai does not actively sell such stuff and hence no prices would be stated. Customers are welcome to talk to him on these prices if they are interested.

Lai arrived in Chu for a meeting with his oath brother Ma Dieu. The travelling had been difficult for his steed, she was beyond old and deserved to be retired.

"Hello, I am here to inquire about a horse. I am told the best breeder in the land resides here in Chu."

A bureaucrat entered the shop and examined everything he could see. Seeing no problems he sniffed haughtily and departed.

Looking at the bureaucrat, Po Huai could not care less of what he did so long he met all regulatory requirements. Which reminded him that he needs to sent a message for his first customer to get his horse

Lai arrived with mixed emotions, he was sad to have to replace his steed, she had been a loyal friend, yet he was excited to see what this Master Po could produce. When he saw her, he was ecstatic.

"Mater Po, she is beautiful and looks very strong, may I take her now then?"

Forgetting all forms of etiquette, Lai simply mounted her and rode off a smile on his face.
