The guards searched Yi Tao and disarmed him before escorting him inside. The hall was bussling with business as the battle in various places throughout were going on. There were reports ongoing, most of them saying that the generals and the soldiers were all ready to do battle. Yi Lian, hearing that a visitor has come by, stood up and held her hand up. The place quieted and she smiled at the visitor. "I am Yi Lian, to what do I owe this visit?"

Yi Tao was about a few steps behind the guards. He is eager to see whoever is in charge. Once inside, his tall stature towered over the others in the room. Thin and tall, he did "stick" out. Seeing the lady in charge, he bowed.

I am Yi Tao. I have come from Wu. The reason I am here is to ask for your assistance. I want to make sure to work with you, and not against you.

It was an honest statement. He was new to this, and he wanted to make sure that he survives another day.
