I am going to have to join with Shi Zhi Mi and add my voice to the call for allowing us mere officers to sign up! We are the life blood of the sim, without us loyal officers, there would be but Kings ruling over mindless npcs. You all need us, so make with the goods!

How long? I think we can probably get the PM's out within an hour after they close, which is in about 40 minutes, so take one hour away from that.

We'll announce when the sign-ups have closed, and when the PM's have been sent, that way, the people who didn't get one will know.

Anyways, kiddies, this is why it's good to have a backup plan. Now, I switch from playing a slightly evil Ruler with ambition to spare, to an even more evil minister. The good stops here.
