Xiang Kai's Audience Hall - Dingtao

A man quickly travels to Dingtao from Qi and searches for the audience hall with pure haste. The heavily robed man put a large amount of effort in concealing his identity. The heavy robes was meant to hide his figure which also had a hood to cover his head. The large amount of clothing is making him extremely hot underneath. His speech was muffled by the scarf covering his mouth. He slowly approaches the guards in an effort to avoid startling them.

Jia Qu: I seek asylum in your land. I promise I will not be dead weight. I will offer my services to your lord.

The guards were baffled for a moment, but then after regaining their composure, one directed the man. "Ummm... Follow me. I'll take you to the Duke."

Assuming he follows, he is led into the audience hall. The guard headed for the main hall, but upon sight of the Duke in the hallway, he approached him, bowing first. "My lord, this man here seeks asylum, and offers his services."

Kai, baffled somewhat as well, turned to the man and asked him, "Asylum? Are you in any danger? What is the cause of this?"

"I don't know but I need to join you right." Replied Jia Qu. "I made some mistakes back in Detroit...er Qi. Just let me in right. I owe a guy who owes a guy who owes a guy."

Kai thought for a moment, but soon made up his mind.

"Unless this former acquaintance of yours is one to anger quickly, then I do not think you are in any trouble. Besides, Liang is safe enough for any man or woman to live in peace these days."

Jao Tiang slowly makes his way to the audience hall, humming the snatches of a melody in time to each stride. As he sees the guards, he breaks off mid-phrase and clears his throat.

Jao: Greetings, I'd like an audience with your ruler. I seek to serve

The guards look at the man for a few seconds before whispering to one another.
"The Duke is unavailable at the moment, but we'll pass you to the supreme commander, Xun Shang." The lead guard said.
Assuming the man has no qualms with what the guard told him, he is led through a series of corridors before finally arriving in front of a door. The door is knocked while announcing the purpose of the visit. The door is slowly opened to reveal a man behind a desk and another by the window.
"How might I help you?" The man at the desk asked.

"You can die!" and suddenly Jao Tiang springs into action, leaping at the man by the desk with his well concealed dagger while a hoarse cry of sheer blood lust escaped from his throat...

Jao snapped out of his reverie, wondering exactly what happened. He shrugged to himself and bowed before Xun Shang.

Jao Tiang: I come to seek service in this force. I can be of great aid.

"Ah." Shang merely gestured at the man as he learned the reason why he was in front of him.
"Liang is always looking for about individuals to fight and defend her. I accept you in the service of Xiang Kai, Lord...? What's your name?" He said a little embarrassingly as he had forgotten to ask such an important question.

Jao Tiang stood straight and fairly bristled with indignation.

Jao Tiang: You don't know me? Famed throughout the land for my military prowess? My Mother told me from my birth that the entire land knows my name and my numerous accomplishments, and yet you, some "highly touted" miltary so and so...well, I'll let it past this time. I am Jao Tiang, your lord will rule this land in a flash now that I have joined this force.

Taking a deep breath after this rant, he gives a sidelong glance at this "Shang" and leaves to his quarters, already well prepared to his needs by a servant, he is sure.

As Sun Lian and Yin Shaoding enter the middle of the city Dingtao,they come accross the place they were looking for.There stood the large Xiang Kai audience hall.As they approached the door Sun Lian Spoke to the guards.
"Good Evening Gentlemen.We come Requesting a private Audiance with Soto Fukudome,Please.It is a matter of great importance to us."
