Here are the rules of the Brandy Spanky New Warlords Quizbowl:

A question is asked by the latest winner. The question must be on the same topic as the last question unless a correct answer is not given by another player in 24 hours. If you stump the group you may choose another topic!

If the winner doesn't ask a question within 48 hours someone else gets a go! Whoever jumps in.
