Boondock saints is quite an enjoyable movie.

I just watched Ben - Hurr again. Still quite a good movie, though the end is a bit much for my tastes.

Liu Bang then asked Han Xin, who had served under Xiang Yu but was driven out, "what is Xiang Yu's weakness? Is there a way to defeat him?" Han Xin calmly replied, "No, Xiang Yu himself is invincible, he is destined to be king."

Ben-Hurr is a classic.

I on the other hand prefer movies from my home nation (of heritage). Has anyone seen Infernal Affairs and any of the sequels or prequels, here?

It's the HK flick that "The Departed" was a rip-off of.

Yeah. I saw Infernal affairs and the departed. They were pretty similar, though I think I pefered the departed remake if only for the acting.

Oh my lord. I saw Knocked Up just like an hour ago. The entire theatre was laughing the entire movie through. It is rather juvenile, so some people might not like it, but it is significantly more intelligent than, say, "Dude Where's My Car?"

I did, I liked it. A buddy of mine and I went and saw it a few days ago while we had some time to kill. It's good for a laugh, and an even better one if you can recognize a few of the trademarks from the original TV series.

Still, I had little knowledge (just enough to recognize a shoe phone and that Get Smart was once a tv show) and my buddy had no knowledge of the original, and we both enjoyed it.

As this is the only one I can comment on, I will. I second this, Boondock Saints is a great movie, indeed! I saw it not too long ago and loved it. Quite good, if not slightly predictable. I'd recommend it to any who hasn't seen it.

The other movies that have been discussed: I have either never seen them or do not get out enough to see them. More likely, though, I haven't checked anything but this 'ere page. So, yeah.

I've seen it. I actually did a film project on Clouzot in high school, albeit it was more on Le Salaire de la Peur.
