The guards was confused on whether what to do, he replied to Li Peng 'Ah it goes against lord Feng Wei's instruction. Erm, allow one of the guards to relay the message. Perhaps lord Feng Wei will come up with a solution...' He then ordered one of a nearby guards to inform Feng Wei about the current situation.

After five or six minutes, a man came out what seemed to be fairly light clothing. It was most likely the man was busy before hand, and with a slightly fatigued face, he looked to the man who was called Li Peng and said 'I am Feng Wei, it seem like you are a hard man to follow rules? Do you not consent with the prefect of the city requests?' But then he scratched his head thinking to himself 'Im over doing it, i need to calm down. He is Li Peng im talking to...' He then shook off his thought and then said 'Nevertheless, i suppose you wish to discuss important buisness since you came in person?'

The two guards assuming that he wish to see Feng Wei alone, they did not consent a search in fear of the man position and rank. They brought foward to the throne which Zuan Zhuo once sat on. He was then informed who the man was and he then got up himself and bowed out of respect 'My pleasure to meet you Yan Yue, how may i assist you?'
Yan Yue returned the bow with one of his own and then coughed briefly into his hand before he began. "It is good that you have seen me so quickly. I am Yan Yue, loyal servant to the Emperor and son-in-law to Chief Minister Zhao. My credentials are quite formidable and I speak on the authority of the Imperial court." He stopped and gave a look around the small chamber.

"I am charged with investigating the situation with Zuan Zhuo and how you have come to take up his position. I believe their were charges of corruption, but we do not understand the whole situation. Further more I am here to access whether you are ..." The warrior paused and rolled around the next word in his mouth, trying them out in his head first. ".. fit to fill the position."

Liu Bang then asked Han Xin, who had served under Xiang Yu but was driven out, "what is Xiang Yu's weakness? Is there a way to defeat him?" Han Xin calmly replied, "No, Xiang Yu himself is invincible, he is destined to be king."

He was about to respond, but just then it seemed the Imperials were already approaching the city.

"I wanted to talk to you about how you came to power in this city, but... I suppose my superiors will better be able to handle that."

A runner came up to him with news of the army marching to Hanzhong, and he nodded at the man. "Business calls. Sorry for wasting your time." The group departed.

Fun Gao strode through the city streets and approached the entrance to the audience hall. While he was looking around for a minister, he pulled a fan out of one of the many pockets in his robes and began to fan himself. Walking to the nearest secretary, he proclaimed in a high pitched voice: I wish to speak to your liege. It seems to me that your leader is in need of someone to help inspire his men to greater things. I have been called to serve, and I have no choice but to obey. The day is waning and if you wish to assure that your kingdom does not follow the path of this day's sun, you shall let me see your leader.

The guards were put off by the man aggressive nature, they soon ask the man his consent for a search. If he abides, the guards will disarm and potential weapons and escorted him to Feng Wei's audience hall where he awaits for a 'certain' officer. As he arrives Feng Wei opened his eyes wide to take a good look at the man, after his guard briefly introduce what his intention was he then said to the man 'So... Tell me more about yourself mercenary?'

As Li Peng scurried away quickly, Feng Wei was confused cause he was speaking directly to Li Peng and the imperials were nowhere to be seen. He then thought that the man was hallucinating of some unknown plant, nevertheless Feng Wei soon headed back in for some back scrubing.

He nodded his head and agreed with the man 'Certainly, only the most talented of people should be the one to govern and protect its people. But in the case of Zuan Zhuo, im afraid it was as simple as you may have thought... There was some disgraceful stories lingered throughout Hann about his corrupt lifestyle, at first i overlooked this hoping that the Emperor would investigate these stories. But as months went by, no one dared to oppose him and stand for justice...'

While Feng Wei was talking to the imperial servant, a servant of Feng Wei offered the man some water. But Feng Wei continued explaining the situation 'So after making a few contacts around Yang Di and gaining the support of the people, i decided that i should confront Zuan Zhuo on these accusations. I believed that if the man wasnt corrupt he would give a speech or even have a civil discussion with me, and i was right. He did give a speech and i was within the crowd witnessing this speech... But Zuan Zhuo failed the simplest of task in giving a public speech to the people, i believed the people lost all respect to the man and actually want him to lose his position. But before i could personally talk to him, he had commited suicide in either shame or dig the truth of his sinful actions. Since then i was elected to power as people recognised my courage to confront injustice and i was most suitable for this type of job... I hope you understand all that, if you dont feel free to ask question lord Yan Yue...'

Fun Gao let out a series of squeaks, which after interacting with this fellow could be interpreted as laughter: He he he he! Mercenary! Mercenary! I do not work because I get paid! He he he! I do what I do because I can! He he he!

He swept his fan across his face as he continued: As the sun rises into the sky, only to set again...so do the kingdoms of the Earth wax and wane. I have come to change what has been accepted as fact before. He he he! If I could reach into the sky, I would...to stop the path of the heavenly bodies. Put your fate into my hands, Lord Feng Wei, and I will do all I can to make sure that your sun never sets. He he he!

He was amused at the man cracking sanity he then joined in this act by saying 'What if i tell you that i am no sun, but the sky which protects the earth from heavenly judgement? If us two joins by hands, we would defy the law of nature easily, but who are we to judge? We are two humble men in a journey to peace and stability...' He smiled whilst saying this, wondering the next few words he would say

Fun Gao's facial expressions froze. It was obvious he was in a state of deep thought: You are the sky, never changing in shape or form. By day the light of the sun pierces your flesh, by night you are given rest. If you are the sky, than I shall be your clouds...able to stop the rays of the sun when you can not. I am then transient and easily moved away by your winds, directed to wherever you deem that I am needed. Your words are wise and I have much to learn. But beware then of my temperament! He he he!!! I may not always be that of the pleasant summer clouds but sometimes those dark ones that bring the winter rains and snows.

He smiles: Who then is the sun, my lord, that pierces you so?

Feng Wei was absolutely speechless at the man reply, the man was able to give him an exceptionally well answer. He knew the man had a sharp mind, and he only smiled that it was him who intend to join him. 'The sun is something that does not take form, it is a symbiote to man. It is natural for us, but only few in a thousand can tame it. Its ambition and greed, this is the so called sun that pierce the sky to affect the integrity of the people. This cause a decay to man much like aging...'

Fun Gao's smile grew ever larger: He he he! It is true what you say about the sun. Like sunlight, if the living beings of the earth are deprived of ambition and self-interest, they can not grow and can only stagnate and die. Likewise in the case of too much sun, excessive ambition and greed can light the fires of war and suffering that ravage the homes of the people under your protection.

If it was possible, it grew wider still: As with the clouds, I am needed to provide life-giving water to nourish your people, the order that they need to grow and prosper, as well as extinguishing the fires that do emerge. But as with clouds, we must also be wary of extending too much help...for then we shall cause floods and lightning strikes, thereby hurting the people that we seek to protect.

He laughed: He he he! How do you reconcile such as role, my lord? By giving gifts you help them grow, yet these same gifts can harm them...
