"Gentleman," said Lian Zhu as he removed a piece of hair from his face and smiled broadly, "I am Lian Zhu, and that man behind me is Jian Sun. We have come here to seek an audience with Jiang Sei; His reputation precedes him and I would very much like to have an exchange of words with him."
Lian Zhu raised his arms out to his side and held his palms upward. "If you must search me," Lian Zhu said with a chuckle, "You may feel free, though I assure you that I carry no weapons."

The soldier barked out to a youth nearby who run towards the ship at a runner pace and up the lowered plank to teh deck above. It was obvious that since theis ship had been docked here there were no intentions for it to leave. The lowered plank was reinforced and widen for large amounts of people to traverse on and off. The sails were droppd and heavy moorings kept teh vessel close to the dock that housed it. Outside soldiers walked in formation, some drilling under the command of officers bearing the blue grey trappings of Huainan. Large wagons bearing goods moved across the large coutryard infront of the ship itelf, carrying goods from nearby merchant ships into the town. After a few moments the boy returned a tall older man in tow. The man wore badges of office on his muscled body and spoke in hushed tone to the soldier, who saluted and walked off to his post with his fellows...

The large warrior lead the pair through the courtyard to a nearby rivers edge where workmen were loading up goods to the smale and agile river craft. The lack of a formal dock made it difficult, though the workmen were able to move at a quick pace. Amongst the workmen was a taller man, almost a foot taller then thoe gathered. He was stripped down to his waist as the were the rest of the men, and he was lugging goods from a nearby wagon to the waiting hands of human conveyor belt as the boxes were handed from one man to the next.
Sei: Peng, make sure they are packed along the edges evenly. To much wieght on one side will make the journey difficult. Come on boys, we need to get this stuff over Lady Leimu, she has begun the building already.
The tall man was talking to a youth on the boat as he directed the soldiers on the deck to lower boxes and bags into the many cervices of teh boat. Seeing Jue Wu come over, the tall man quickly doused himself with some cool water, and used a nearby cloth to clean himself up as he walked to meet the pair. He did not seem ashamed by his current state, but instead comforatble and at ease.
Sei: Jue, you brought friends I see, what brings out here?
Jue: Marqius, this is Master Lian Zhu and his companion, Master Jian Sun. They have come to seek and audeince with you, so I brought them here. Had I known you would be working I would have sent a runner to inform you. My apologies...
With a smile and a pat on the shoulder Sei signaled to his man everything was ok. He turned to the men before him and bowed his head in greeting...
