Word has reached the recieving chamber of the former Marqius of a wild eye'd looking man atthe gates. The new Marqius was preparing to relocate the chamber to Huiayin where he was currently stationing the capitol with the recent fighting between Liang and Huianan. Moving with acomlun of guards, he made hsi way to teh geates and was shocked to recognize the man called Jing Yun. Waving the guards down he approaced the man stopping short just behind out of arms reach and spoke clearly to the enraged man before him...
Sei: Master Jing, my friend....We heard reports of a man at the gates acting...strangly. I did not expect to find you here.
Jiang Sei looked tired, his tall frame was marked with exhaustion as his shoulders were slightly hunched. The marks of recent battle could be still be seen on his person and he smiled to th eman before him.

Once inside they are escorted to a large chamber used by city officals to gather records and such. There was a tall man, lean with weather skin sitting in a high backed chair as attendants ran to and fro carrying parchment and scrolls. The captain left teh escort outside and moved in with the envoy and his group, and annouced them to Marqius.
