Xunnufashi graciously takes the Javelins and offers the old man a prayer. As she leaves, she can't help but feel saddened by the event. Ultimately, she determines to not mourn him, but to instead praise his loyalty and devotion to his government. How easy it is for many to discard the past that their future was built upon.
