Also there is 19975 bronze in the support layer, those troops should probably be in the melee layer since bronze are not allowed in the support...I am not sure what is the rule if they can undress before the fight or maybe you can put them in the supply line...???

The attackers must reorganize their invasion. The 19975 troops with bronze armor must be shifted to either the melee or the supply layer. If they go to the supply layer (a max of 10,000 can do so), you are allowed to shift up to 10,000 unarmed troops from the supply to the support layer.

So Cao Chao's suggestion stands. You may shift your troops around as needed, but everything else stays the same. If troops can't be fit within the confines of the maximum troops allowed, they become useless and must wait out the battle.
