Due to my laziness and others not being lazy who shall remain nameless, I was told:

78920 based on my admittedly spotty math skills:

5000 for base army

(melee command *60 = 21240) + ranks (15000) = 36240
(support command*60 = 1630) +ranks (12000) = 28320

Extra officers command*60 + ranks = 10260

Remember, you have to calculate both layers separately and then use your +5000 as you wish (pump all in one layer or split). Each extra officer must also be assigned to a specific layer (same layer or each in one)

Qing Bu glowered down at the field as huge numbers of fresh troops arrived. His own reinforcements, those men of Liang, had not arrived as he was expecting. In fact, messengers now told him that Xiang Yu had invaded the Liang lands behind him, making it impossible for him to gain any sort of support.

He snorted, ordered his lieutenants to hold their forces in place, then rode out onto the plain with a set of guards. His bannerman rose up in his saddle and bellowed to the Qi lines.

"The Tattoed General would speak with your commander in Parley."

From the lines of Qing Bu's forces, Long Ju watched, unaware of the frown that marred his normally emotionless features.

Messengers reached the Qi camp where the new reinforcements were getting settled and taking up positions. The messenger ran into the Command Tent where most of the new commanders and the commanders from Jiaoxi were, asking for one of them to go meet and parley with the opposing commander. Baihu stated he should go, seeing how his father gave him orders to deal with the opposing generals should something come up. With that said, Baihu in full armor rode out to the front of the lines flanked by four cavalry men as well as his wife and cousin. "Keep quiet... and speak only if I tell you to..." Baihu told them in a hushed voice as they approached the opposing general. When they were close enough to QIng Bu, Baihu said, "Well this wasn't what I expected to be doing this month... Can't say we weren't expecting someone to be leading troops against us out of Liang, but not this month... I am Baihu, heir apparent to Duke Zhefu, may I know who I am addressing?"
