Just off the main path, there is a sign. "Sho Tao's Armory". As you approach the entrance to the main building, you can smell the metallic aromas just after hearing the signature roar of a forge and blows of a hammer. The armory consists of several buildings. Some that are obviously raw material storage. Another looks to be a place to store charcoal. The last two buildings are a receptionists office to show some of the wares and the forge that is close by just behind it. When you walk to the counter, you are greeted by a young woman. This is lady Sho answering any questions and keeping the shop clean. Beside the front desk, there are some scrolls with prices of various items next to an order listing. The scroll reads:

Sho Tao's Elite Armaments.
Only quality weapons sold.
All other weapons can be found at pawn shops with a forge.
That includes ranged weapons. They require no skill whatsoever.
Some items are available off the shelves. You break, you buy.
Accepting orders. There may be a wait. Grab a seat somewhere else.
Serious inquiries only. Waste the smith's time at your own peril.
Bargaining is accepted. But a sandwich must be brought and given regardless of success.

"My husband can have one of your orders due in April, and the next order done in may. May I ask which you would prefer first?"

"I would prefer the axe done first. If you don't mind I will go ahead and pay for both items at once."

Huang Fu walks into the store and seeks out anyone working and says "Ah, yes I am Huang Fu and I believe that I should have an Axe ready for me."

Lady Tao came to the counter and addressed Master Huang Fu.

"Yes, I believe my husband finished sharpening and polishing it only yesterday. I hope it serves you well. He is hard at work crafting your knives as we speak."

Note* Technically, I don't think you can pick this up until April's Military phase. So I will be noting that you received it then in my OI. As far as I am aware, you cannot equip it until April's Civil Phase. As the item would not be completed until the end of March >_<

A large man with dark skin and a wicked scar running down his face and his neck to the opposite shoulder enter the establishment. He held up a hand to forestall the traditional pleasantries exchanged between seller and customer, instead reaching for a pair of stones in a bag at his waist. One stone was broad and flat and black, while the other was long, cylindrical and white. Using the pair, he began writing.

I am looking for an axe.
